Case studies
Using foundational research and sprints — including the Design Sprint 2.0 — we partnered with a regional utility company to develop the Customer Energy Control Center (CECC), a proof of concept (POC) for a smart meter initiative aimed at fostering real-time energy insights, customer engagement, and sustainability.
The result? Dashboards for KPI tracking with Asana integrations, a design system, a variety of communication materials, and a strategic roadmap to guide future innovation.
Smart toothbrush proof of concept (POC)
Using the Clear Path Forward sequence and other collaborative activities, we worked with a leading dental insurance company to explore a smart toothbrush initiative aimed at improving oral health outcomes, boosting engagement, and developing a rewards system for brushing data.
The result? Key insights into user behaviors, a proof of concept, a design library, gamification concepts, and a strategic roadmap for next steps.
