Before you book

Who is this for?
Founders and product leaders who've built something but can't quite explain who adopts first — or why your team keeps disagreeing about it. If you've shipped features nobody uses, stalled on metrics, or you're tired of going in circles on your target customer, this is a good use of 25 minutes. We're typically a fit for funded teams, 2-15 people, who need to replace internal debate with customer evidence.
What can I expect from this call?
A real conversation, not a pitch deck. We'll dig into where you're stuck, what you've already tried, and whether our approach makes sense for your situation. If it doesn't, we'll say so — and point you somewhere that might. You'll leave with at least one useful frame on your challenge, whether or not we work together.
What does working with you actually look like?
Our core offering is the Bullseye Customer Sprint — a 5-6 week facilitated process that uses 10 live customer interviews to move your team from assumption to shared conviction. It's $15K, fixed. We also run shorter workshops, ongoing Listening Cycles, and other engagements depending on where you are. This call helps us figure out which (if any) actually fits.
Is this a sales call?
No. The goal is to understand your situation — where you're stuck, what you've already tried, and what you actually need. If something we do is a fit, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too. Either way you leave with a clearer picture of your options.
